CS Anti-Virus is a wrapper of the
ClamAV (v.0.96) open source antivirus engine. Provide real time shield, process/memory scanner, file/path scanner, scheduled scans, automatic daily update and use the
ClamAV database with over 720.000 virus signatures. Run as service and perform protection before and after the logon.
CS Anti-Virus with the ClamAV engine is the best server protection for FREE.

This is a beta version and it's
not yet completely stable, but already offer a set of tools for your best protection. The setup provides the
CS SigTool (CSAVSigtool.exe) for generate user-defined virus signature, the
CS Anti-Virus Control (CSTrayAV.exe) for control and setup all the software features and the core of system: CS Anti-Virus Serivce
(CSAntiVirus.exe).
Try it and help us to increase the protection performance.
NOTE: Virus signature database is not included. The download starts automatically at the first boot. For manual downloading go to: http://clamav.mirror.garr.it/main.cvd (right click and save as...) or visit http://www.clamav.net/. Put the main.cvd file in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\.CSAntiVirus\db folder.
Before uninstall, stop the CS Anti-Virus service.
Known Issues:
- The CSAV Control crash some time. Reload It. (The bug have not effect on the CSAV Engine)
- Only Administrators Users can apply the settings through the "Settings window" of the CSAV Control. Reason: Permissions of "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\.CSAntiVirus" folder. The bug will solved in the next build release.
